I listed my newborn best buys in a previous blog. Here are some things I've found useful since then;
- mamas & papas rocker - this was great for first 6 months. It has a timer and rocks itself, an iPod connection, music, stories & has a light up canopy
- from 6 months I've found the baby bjorn bouncer to be a good chair for H. Especially as his on the move now, it's to put him in to chill out or if I need to pop out the room
- mamas & papas snug seat from 3 months, was a great first chair for weaning as too small for a high chair. And the rubber insert can be removed so can be used as they get older too
-fisherprice jumperoo-H loved this! Great fun, and teaches them to stand. From about 3-4 months.
- angel care video monitor - I mentioned before we had the mattress heart alarm, but once he learned to roll over onto his tummy whilst sleeping, around 4-5 months, I couldn't sleep easy. So we got the video monitor so I can constantly peek at him
- wooden play gym- great for babies lying down and still use now to occupy him when changing his nappy so he doesn't crawl off!
- vetch personalised talking teddy - so sweet
- wooden abacus/ play cube
