Firstly let me apologise. Blogging was easier 4 months ago. But now little H is 8 months his into everything. Let me briefly recap from where I left off!!... If I can remember (how long can I continue to use the baby brain excuse? I think the first year is reasonable!)
Well we decided to move house that was a big deal, mainly due to space constraints and not being able to afford a bigger house in London, so we upped sticks & moved to the country! Well 20 miles out of London! Who'd have thought a city girl like me would live in the countryside! All hunter wellies & Barbour coats to the ready!! But all in all I think it'll be fresher air & hopefully a better way of life for H. Funny Joe your priorities change when u have a baby.
So that has Kept us busy
At 5 months, H first sat up for a few seconds on his own. Such a proud mummy.
We joined baby sensory, they have groups all over London, and I really enjoyed the sessions. Especially the opening song say hello to the world? You learn baby sign, massage and each week has a theme ( I'm not on commission I swear!) just found it good.
At 6 months, towards the end of the sixth month, H said mum!!!!!! 😍 His first word. And his own word since he says it all day & it melts my heart.
And 7 moths was the big move!!! Read on for month 8!...
