- hypnobirthing app, free to download. Use in last weeks or pregnancy & labour really calmed me
- a bath
- a stress ball (saved husbands hands)
- Evian face spray mist and flannel
- Ribena. Keeps you hydrated & vit c to keep energy levels up
- bounty free app to time & minister your contractions
- a yoga/ gym ball to rock on (took a bit of getting used to if haven't used before)
- a rubber ring to sit on if baby is low
- massage oil get your parter to gently massage your back
- an iPod playlist
